You don’t need to be a certain level of fitness to get started. I’ll meet you where you are, listening first, then working with you towards meaningful, lasting change.

Sessions take place at E-Motion Fitness Hub in Poole, an impressive, well-equipped facility with a welcoming, down-to-earth feel. You’ll walk in through Happyccino, the on-site coffee shop, and rehab in a modern, inclusive space designed to support every level.

  • What to Expect at Your Initial Appointment

    A thorough, one-on-one assessment designed around you.

    Your first appointment is 60 minutes long to give us the time and space to really understand what’s going on.

    Here’s what it typically includes:

    • A detailed chat about your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, goals, and anything else that might be influencing your pain or movement

    • A physical assessment, including movement analysis, functional tests, and any relevant strength or mobility checks

    • A clear explanation of what’s likely going on, why it’s happening, and what we can do about it

    • A tailored treatment plan, which might include exercise-based rehab, hands-on techniques, education, and next steps

    • Your questions answered, with no jargon, no pressure, and no fluff—just a plan that makes sense and feels doable

    It’s a chance for us to work together from the very start—setting a solid foundation for recovery, progress, and long-term results.

  • I offer 45-minute follow-up sessions to give you the time and attention needed to make meaningful progress—without feeling rushed.

    That extra time means we can:

    • Reassess and refine your rehab plan

    • Combine hands-on treatment with movement-based work

    • Talk through what’s working, what’s changed, and what’s next

    • Keep your care focused, responsive, and truly tailored to you

  • Hands-on support to ease tension, aid recovery, and keep you moving well.

    Sports massage targets muscles, fascia, and soft tissues to help relieve tension, support recovery, and improve movement. It’s not just for athletes—whether you’re training hard, desk-bound, or feeling the build-up of daily life, these sessions offer focused, hands-on treatment to help your body reset.

    You can book a sports massage as a standalone session, or as an add-on between physio appointments if you feel you need a little more hands-on support. It’s a great option when you’re not injured, but know your body could use a bit of attention.
