After nearly a decade in London and two years in Manchester, I’ve now made Poole home - drawn by the sea and a lifestyle that lets me stay active outdoors. I love hiking, running, cycling, paddle boarding, climbing - you name it. I also enjoy CrossFit, not just for the workouts, but for the community it creates.

Physio Meets Adventure

Experience that goes far beyond the clinic.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work has been combining physiotherapy with adventure. As a medic on multi-day ultra-marathons in some of the world’s most remote environments, from the Yukon to the Amazon - I’ve seen first-hand what the body and mind is capable of. These experiences have shaped my specialist interest in treating runners, ultra-endurance athletes, and functional fitness enthusiasts, and deepened my respect for the resilience of the human body.

My Clinical Background

Over a decade of experience across NHS and private practice.

I’ve worked across NHS sports injury clinics, orthopaedic services, A&E departments, and private practice in London and Manchester, treating everything from everyday aches to complex trauma and sports injuries. My work has included advanced practice roles, including with AXA’s virtual physiotherapy service, and I’m trained in diagnostic imaging and independent prescribing.

This gives me a broader clinical perspective: I can spot when something needs further investigation, when a different approach might be more effective, and when onward referral is the right call. If you're not progressing as expected, I won’t keep you stuck in the same loop. I’ll always work to find the right path forward, even if that means it’s not with me.

My approach is active and evidence-led, grounded in targeted rehab, clear education, and collaborative planning. Hands-on treatment is available when it supports your progress, but lasting change comes from understanding what’s going on and working together to create meaningful, sustainable results.

Every session is one to one, giving us the time and space to figure out what’s holding you back, and how to move forward with clarity and confidence. Whether you’re chasing a PB, recovering from injury, or just want to feel better in your everyday life, we’ll build a plan that works for you.
